• Winning bidders must complete payment within the timeframe specified in the listing. All successful winning bids are to be paid within 10 days of auction win.
• Shipping and handling terms are determined by the seller and should be reviewed prior to bidding.

4. Donations

Donations made through the Starship Foundation Payment Portal or via Paypal to the House of Bards Theatre Company and they are voluntary and non-refundable. We strive to ensure that all funds are directed to the intended charitable recipients, but we cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our control.

5. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration or transactions will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating your participation and will not be sold or shared without consent, except as required by law.

6. Dispute Resolution
